Plan Descriptions

Planix offers a variety of plans to fit your exact needs. From the one-person shop, to the large-scale multinational company, find the plan that suits you.


Solo – Free

For the one-to-two person team that needs a leg-up on the competition. We give you 1 project and 2 versions for free. To use for more than one project, you’ll need to delete what you have and enter another project.


Maverick – $12.95

For the emerging team that has up to two projects going at a time which require what-if scenario modelling.


Project Manager – $25.95

For the successful and growing team that has up to 3 projects at any given time. This plan allows up to 5 what-if scenarios per project for a total of 15 different estimates to use in planning and negotiation.


Department Manager – $55.95

For the professional software and product development team that has up to 5 projects at any given time. This plan allows up to 5 what-if scenarios per project for a total of 25 different estimates with which to negotiate features and plan scope.


CTO – $99.95

For the large scale software development organization and Program Management Organization. This plan provides unlimited estimates and what-if scenarios for maximum negotiation and planning capability.


Team/Enterprise – Varies

Our team solution is also for the large scale software development organization and Program Management Organization. Like CTO, this plan provides unlimited estimates and what-if scenarios for maximum negotiation and planning capability. Additionally, to facilitate team collaboration on estimation and planning, we also provide license packs with added functionality. This allows managers to request and choose between ‘tool-generated’ and ‘expert-generated’ estimates. Developers and team-members can provide their own estimates to go alongside the estimates generated by Planix.
